Mindfulness sessions

Sessions are led by Vanessa, a qualified teacher of Health & Wellbeing (BSc, PGCE). She is also an avid believer in nature helping you on your way back to a happier and healthier you. (A nemopholist)

As you arrive at Hewitts Homestead you will feel your stress levels begin to reduce. Wellness sessions are dedicated to your wellbeing and overall health.

Solo session

Nature is the answer. A slower pace of life, a moment to yourself to breathe and recharge. Come and spend time on you. Have the undivided attention of Vanessa to steer you through the process, followed by a tea ceremony here at Hewitts Homestead.

One hour session for one person $90

Team Mindfulness

Are your employees feeling stressed after being stuck in the office with meeting after meeting? Bring your team to Hewitts Homestead and come and experience a team mindfulness session, relaxation and Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) to reinvigorate your employees – they will thank you for it!
