Could not fault a thing..was a wonderful informative day, great company and great food..thank you Vanessa..must have another one😊 Sue B
Great as a taster to try things and get a sense of what they (the practitioners) offer, what resonates. Being outside was a critical part of the success of the day. Warm, inviting, non-judgemental environment. Karen

Mindfulness in nature
Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment. Vanessa will, without interpretation or judgment, guide beginners and advanced participants in this session.
Sessions are led by Vanessa, a qualified teacher of Health & Wellbeing (BSc, PGCE). She is also an avid believer in nature helping you on your way back to a happier and healthier you.
Nature is the answer. A slower pace of life, a moment to yourself to breathe and recharge. Come and spend time on you. Have the undivided attention of Vanessa to steer you through the mindfulness process, whilst surrounded by nature here at Hewitts Homestead.
Mindfulness has been shown to lower stress levels, ease anxiety and calm the mind.
