Share the experience of a mindfulness session with a small group. Followed by a shared Shinrin Yoku session.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.

The aim of practicing Shinrin Yoku is to reduce stress by ‘getting back’ to nature. It is good for the housewife and executive alike. Everyone benefits from being close to nature, it is my happy place.
