Cancellation Policy

At Hewitts Homestead, we understand that plans can change. However, as a business, we must prepare for last-minute cancellations, which significantly affect our ability to re-book our rooms. Here’s what you need to know when you book with us:

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your room. This guarantees that your room is reserved exclusively for you upon arrival.
  • Cancellation Time Frames:
    • More than 7 days before arrival: You can cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date at no charge.
    • 2 to 7 days before arrival: If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of your room rate.
    • Less than 48 hours before arrival: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival date are non-refundable.
