- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your room. This guarantees that your room is reserved exclusively for you upon arrival.
- Cancellation Time Frames:
- More than 7 days before arrival: You can cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date at no charge.
- 2 to 7 days before arrival: If you cancel between 2 and 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of your room rate.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival date are non-refundable.
