Nutritional Know How $35 Two hours, starts at 11am

Learn the basics and essentials of nutrition

Learn some knife skills and food preparation techniques

The class will put together a selection of amazing highly nutritional salads.

We will then eat for lunch any leftovers can be taken home for lunch at work the next day!

Successful Baking $20, One hour and 15 minutes, starts at 9am

Learn the function of baking ingredients to understand the science.

Learn the techniques of baking and which techniques are best.

Watch a baking demonstration. There may be a hands on opportunity.

Learn how to decide when baking is ready to come out of the oven!

Eat the delicious baking! Includes a take home component too!

Nutritious Meals $30 p.p, starts at 2.30pm

Want to have ideas for meals to cook for the family?

Learn what defines a meal and its essential components.

Take part in the preparation of a homemade meal.

Take home a portion of the food that is made along with tasty meal ideas for the future.

Also available, individual and couples cooking classes with a more hands on experience.

VT kitchen

Learn from an experienced Hospitality and Food Technology & Nutrition Teacher, in a home environment, with a small group.

Groups are no bigger than 6 people. Minimum of 2 people needed to run a class.

Some classes are more hands on than others, please check each description for more information.

Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for.

Most cooking classes will be held on the last Sunday in the month, apart from January and December. Have a group of friends that you want to do this together with? Let me know and we will slot you right in.
