Pop Up Weddings

We offer a choice of weddings to suit your budget and needs. If you require an additional service to one that is not below please contact us as we offer more bespoke services too.

Congratulations you have decided to get married. You have made the decision to take away the stress and want or need everything done for you. The following options are some of the most popular weddings that we hold. Pop up weddings can be for any number of guests from 5 to 50.

Pop Up Weddings

Pop Up Garden Weddings

Pop Up A:  Wedding Venue hire & Celebrant only; 3 hours – up to 30 people

e.g. Ceremony at 2pm – Guests start arriving at 1.30pm, ceremony starts at 2pm, finishes at 2.30pm, drinks provided to guests for one and a half hours, whilst you have photo’s taken (your expense) and circulate amongst guests. All guests departed by 4.30pm

You provide all drinks and canapés – ready made, ready to serve. You provide chair decorations and extra decorations over and above what the venue has. You also remove all rubbish/waste, all bottles (plastic and glass).

Venue provides; Registered Celebrant, with simple ceremony included. Garden venue and on-site free and safe parking, chairs for ceremony, glasses for drinks, table for food and tablecloth. Tea & Coffee provided. Water provided. One bluetooth speaker.
One staff member to circulate with drinks top up and removing empty bottles and glasses.

Pop Up B: Wedding Venue hire including food and drink; 2 hours – 30 people

e.g. Ceremony at 3pm – Guests start arriving from 2.45pm, ceremony starts at 3pm, finishes at 3.20pm, drinks and canapés provided to guests for approximately one hour, whilst you have photo’s taken (your expense) and circulate amongst guests. All guests departed by 5pm

You provide anything over and above that the venue does not provide, listed below;

Venue provides; Registered Celebrant with personalised ceremony. Arch available. Garden venue and free and safe on-site parking, chairs, glasses for drinks, table for food and tablecloth and table decorations. Light Canapés for 30 people, plus 9 bottles of wine. 42 bottles of lager/beer, soft drinks and water. All recycling and refuse removed by venue.

Additional Extra’s;

  • Wedding Cake – $200 to $500 depending on size
  • Grazing Table – Simple $435, Complex $590 (additional cheeses/meats/vegan).
  • Photography – 2 hours, Unedited supplied on a USB stick $650

Pop Up C: Wedding Venue hire including food and drink plus extra’s; 2.5 hours – 30 people

e.g. Ceremony at 11.30am – Guests start arriving from 11.15am, ceremony starts at 11.30am, finishes at 12pm, drinks and canapés provided to guests for one and a half hours, whilst you have photo’s taken (your expense) and circulate amongst guests. All guests departed by 2pm

You provide anything over and above that the venue does not provide, listed below;

Venue provides; Registered Celebrant with personalised ceremony. Venue styling, decorated arch. Garden venue and free and safe on-site parking, chairs, glasses for drinks, table for food and table decorations. Light Canapés for 30 people, plus simple Grazing trays, plus 12 bottles of wine. 48 bottles of lager/beer, variety of soft drinks. Tea, coffee and water. All recycling and refuse removed by venue. Wedding cake provided (simple). Bubbles for one toast.

One staff member to circulate with drinks top up and removing empty bottles and glasses. Room for the bride to get ready at the Homestead (4 hours before ceremony time).

An amazing day with some audience participation

Email us for our full list of packages. If you have more individual requirements please ask us, we are more than happy to try and accommodate you! Prices start from $1450

Please note; a 25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date. We reserve the right to fill your date if this is not paid. (7 days notice given). A further 25% to be paid 6 months from your date. Remaining balance to be paid 28 days before wedding date. (You may also pay by instalments if you wish.)

Please note; We do not encourage the over consumption of alcohol at weddings. We ask that all guests have vacated by 10pm (if an evening wedding), we are not a late night venue. Thank you for your consideration of our venue.
