Congratulations you have decided to get married. You have made the decision to elope and want or need everything done for you. The following 3 day plan is offered as an option, which includes food and accommodation.
Day one; On arrival at Hewitts Homestead you will be offered a complimentary glass of wine. I will show you around the grounds and go over your ceremony with you – this involves me finding out about you as a couple. Dinner is included for you – a home cooked meal. You relax in your own room with sitting area overlooking the garden.
Day two; A relaxing morning, come down for a continental breakfast when you are ready. Take all the time you need getting ready for your wedding day. Choose flowers from the garden for a button hole and small bouquet (if available). At an agreed time we will start your ceremony and you become the person you always wanted to be; the husband/wife of your beloved. We celebrate with an afternoon tea or light lunch, and champagne. Spend the remainder of the day sitting, strolling, walking with each other and delight in each others company. Dinner is included on the evening.
Day three; Wake up as the new you with your husband/wife by your side and dream of the future. Come down for a continental breakfast when you are ready. You have the morning to decide what you will do on your first full day as a married couple. We wish you well and wave you goodbye. Vanessa & Phil

Alternative option; One Hour Ceremony @ Hewitts Homestead
Turn up to Hewitts Homestead at an agreed time all ready for your ceremony. No rehearsal needed. Your officiant is ready and waiting to perform your ceremony. Simple ceremony performed (we have previously emailed and arranged a few extras; readings and personalised vows). 30 minutes with your photographer (your expense) or time with family. One hour total. I look forward to hearing from you. Includes bubbles for the bride and groom.
Priced for no more than 20 people (18 guests, 5 cars max) $500
Registry Wedding and Registry style Ceremonies
As a VCANZ certified celebrant I offer registry ceremonies in line with the changes from Births, Deaths & Marriages. For this I can meet you anywhere in Palmy or offer my beautiful garden. If it is raining or cold I also have a wedding reception room available. Please be aware that this ceremony is scripted by BDM and can not be altered. Registry weddings can only be held Monday to Friday. Registry style weddings can be held on a weekend. Click here for a copy of the ceremony. There’s no rehearsal and no meeting before hand – just as you wouldn’t with a registry office, you simply turn up with your guests. You will need two witnesses. I am happy to accommodate up to 18 guests here at Hewitts Homestead if they arrive in 5 cars or less, I look forward to hearing from you.
Cost for registry wedding (weekdays) $90. Pay one week before.
Cost for Registry style wedding (weekends) $150 Pay a deposit to secure.

Pop Up Garden Wedding
Wedding Venue hire including food and drink; 2 hours – 25 people
e.g. Ceremony at 2pm – Guests start arriving from 1.45pm, ceremony starts at 2pm, finishes at 2.30pm, drinks and canapés provided to guests for one and a half hours, whilst you have photo’s taken (your expense or add on to package) and circulate amongst guests. All guests departed by 4pm
You provide anything over and above that the venue does not provide, listed below;
Venue provides; VCANZ Registered Celebrant with personalised ceremony. Use of arch and decorations/lanterns/flowers. Use of bouquet. Garden Venue and free and safe on-site parking, chairs, glasses for drinks, table for food and tablecloth and table decorations. Light Canapés for 25 people, plus drinks (alcohol limits apply). All recycling and refuse removed by venue.
A staff member to circulate with drinks, top up and removing empty bottles and glasses.
